Digital Media Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Digital Media Manager (DMM) to build, plan, and implement Shepley Bulfinch’s overall digital marketing strategy. In this role, the DMM is responsible for driving relevant audience engagement with the ultimate goals of enhancing brand recognition, building trust, and fostering conversion intent. By establishing a dynamic social media presence and a cohesive content strategy, the DMM plays a pivotal role in connecting Shepley Bulfinch’s story with the world.

As Digital Media Manager, you will be an integral part of our Marketing/BD team, responsible. Your work will shape how our firm connects with audiences and tells our story. Engagement across digital platforms is central to our success, and your initiatives will foster both brand loyalty and community online, helping position Shepley Bulfinch as a leader in architecture and design.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Content Creation:

    • Develop and produce high-quality digital content such as graphics, videos, blog posts, and social media posts that align with the firm's brand identity and marketing objectives.
    • Collaborate across teams to visually showcase projects through digital mediums.
    • Stay updated on current design trends and best practices for digital marketing.

Social Media:

    • Involvement with the firm's social media accounts, such as posting regular updates, engaging with followers, and monitoring comments and messages.
    • Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.

Website Management:

    • Maintain and update the firm's website with fresh content from teams.
    • Optimize website performance for user experience and search engine visibility, implementing SEO strategies and analyzing website analytics to drive improvements.

Digital Advertising:

    • Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, social media ads, and display advertising networks.
    • Monitor campaign performance, adjust targeting and budgets as needed, and provide regular reports on key metrics and ROI.

Brand Identity Management:

    • Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice across all digital channels and marketing materials.

Market Research and Analysis

    • Identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences.
    • Analyze data from digital marketing campaigns, website traffic, and social media engagement to gain insights and inform strategic decision-making.

Digital Strategy Development:

    • Contribute to the development of long-term digital marketing strategies and marketing plans, including setting objectives, identifying target audiences, and defining key performance indicators.
    • Stay informed about digital marketing best practices, emerging technologies, and industry innovations to continuously optimize and evolve digital strategies.
    • Establish clear metrics and KPIs to track the impact of digital initiatives on key business objectives, demonstrating measurable impact and tangible results and ROI to stakeholders.
    • Utilize data analytics and insights to inform decision-making processes, measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives, and drive continuous improvement in digital strategies and tactics.

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience in digital media management and social media strategy, ideally within the architecture or design fields.
  • Proficiency in content creation, social media trends, and audience engagement techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in social media metrics, SEO, and digital advertising.
  • Creative and strategic thinking abilities, with excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to communicate with authenticity and serve as the firm’s voice across platforms with good judgment and a focus on brand cohesion.
  • Understanding of branding principles and the ability to maintain brand consistency.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
